Donnie Lynn Dossey, Sr., age 58, of McKinney, Texas passed away August 21, 2010. He was born January 4, 1952 in Floydada, Texas to J.C. Dossey and Willie (Clinton) Dossey. He was raised in McKinney, Texas where he attended school. Donnie worked as an auto mechanic his entire life. He was a member of the Assembly of God Church, Allen, Texas. He is survived by his sons, Jesse Dossey and wife, Marcie of Aubrey, Texas, Donnie Dossey, Jr. and wife, Loretta of Kingston, Oklahoma, Ronnie Dossey and Adam Dossey both of Plano, Texas; daughter, Sandra Gonzales and husband, Jerry of Waco, Texas; grandchildren, Kelly Dossey, Justin, Kayla, Ashley, Hayley, Jerry, Jocelyn and Jarrett; brother, Johnny Dossey and wife, Pat McNally of Denison, Texas; sister, Jo Estep of Whitesboro, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.C. and Willie Dossey. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Ridgeview Memorial Park, Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, Allen, Texas.
