A Remembrance Gathering (Memorial Visitation) for Donna Kay Benefield Fry, 71 year old Bonham resident (formerly of Leonard), is scheduled for Wednesday October 12, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel at Leonard. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday October 13, 2016 at the Pike Baptist Church located at 16512 CR 1100. Brother Rev. Don Brown will officiate.

Donna was born April 12, 1945 at Bonham. Her parents were William “Bill” and Rosie Lola Havens Benefield. She married Tim Fry May 2, 1964 at Pike. She worked as a supervisor for many years in retail sales and she was a member of the Pike Baptist Church. She passed away Thursday October 6, 2016 at the Carrus Specialty Hospital at Sherman.

She is survived by her husband: Tim Fry of Bonham; her son: Marty Fry of Bonham; her son and daughter-in-law: Lee and Melodi Fry of Leonard; her granddaughter: Chloey Baker of Leonard; her sister: Joyce Mauzy of Fort Worth; numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Paula, Norma Jo and Naomi.
