Diogenes Antonio Portillo, age 44, of Little Elm, Texas passed away on August 27, 2022. He was born on December 30, 1977, to Gilberto Nolasco and Rosa Candida Portillo in El Salvador. On October 16, 1999, he married Doris A. Rodas in Dallas, Texas. Antonio had a true love for the game of soccer. He played, coached, and watched soccer. His favorite team was Real Madrid, and he enjoyed watching one of his favorite players, Cristiano Ronaldo. Antonio also enjoyed buying his shoes, taking care of his truck, and going on family vacations. He worked hard for everything he had, and never failed to provide for his 4 daughters. Most importantly, he truly loved his family and his daughters. He was exactly what you could ask for from a father, and he will always be remembered.

Antonio is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years, Doris A. Portillo; his children Doris Garcia and her husband, David Terndrup of Plano, Texas, Sasha Nolasco and her husband, Jorge of Irving, Texas, Tania Portillo of Little Elm, Texas, and Kandy Portillo of Little Elm, Texas; his five grandchildren, Joselyn Nolasco, Sofia Nolasco, Jonah Terndrup, Jayleen Nolasco, and Mila Terndrup; his parents, Gilberto Nolasco and Rosa Portillo of Mesquite, Texas; his brothers, Amilcar Nolasco, Jose Orellana, Oscar Nolasco, Jorge Nolasco, and Edwardo Nolasco; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 2, 2022, at the Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, September 3, 2022, at the Berkshire Chapel beginning at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 7800 Sanctuary Drive, Frisco, Texas 75033.
