Diane Fulton, of Tom Bean, Texas, passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 66.
She was born on April 28, 1960, in Le Mars, Iowa, to her loving parents, William Hamman and Marilyn Hamman. Diane graduated from Kingsley High School in Kingsley, Iowa, in 1978. She dedicated 37 years of her career to Walmart, where she worked in Human Resources and built lasting relationships with colleagues and friends.
Diane had a passion for cooking and baking, often sharing her creations with those she loved. She enjoyed shopping (items with bling, lace, swirls, glitter) dining out, crafts, working outdoors, traveling and treasured time spent with family and friends. Holidays held a special place in her heart, as they brought everyone together—something she cherished deeply.
She is survived by her daughter, Nicole Fulton; her husband, Michael Payne; her stepchildren, Dakota Payne, Wyatt Payne, and Abby Payne; her beloved step grandchildren, Masynn Payne, Maebry Payne, Anderson Payne, and Maxon Payne; and her siblings Kathy Lang, Debbie Lambson, Tish Polkinghorn, Mike Hamman (All reside in Iowa). As well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins that filled her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Suzy Vande Hoef and stepdaughter, Morgan Payne.
The family will receive friends during a visitation from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on May 29, 2026, at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., May 30, 2026, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
