You are a good man Don, the world is going to miss you. Charles Bowen , March 17, 2020 My deepest sympathy to Don's wife, children and family. I live in the DC area and years ago when Don was at the Fire Academy for training along with my sister Sally. Sally and Don and a couple of other Plano firefighters came down to stay with me and visit the sites in DC for a weekend. Don even helped to cook a wonderful meal for us at my home. Such a genuinely kind and fun person. He made such a positive impression on me that I still love telling people about the fabulous firefighters from Plano, TX who my sister Sally introduced me to.... Don will be missed by all of us! Susan Susan Olson, March 17, 2020 Goon, you will be missed by many. God bless you dear friend, praying for your family. Ronnie Hooper Jr, March 13, 2020 My buddy Don will be missed in more ways than one. God called him home and like always Don didn't hesitate he just grabbed his boots and hurried to his calling. I will cherish the time God allowed us to be friends, till we meet again on those streets of gold, ride on my friend.
