AN AMAZING LIFE

Deloris Ann Kenerson was born on December 20, 1951, in Winnsboro, Louisiana, to General and Mary Kenerson, Sr. Both preceded her in death. Deloris was the tenth child born to this union.  She departed this life at her home in Irving, Texas, on March 17, 2022, surrounded by family.

She was a faithful and active member of the Church of the Nazarene in Winnsboro, Louisiana, was a steadfast member of Abundant Life Church in Grapevine, Texas, and a very active member in the Texas Bible Study Fellowship Group until her illness prevented her participation.

She leaves to celebrate her life two sisters, Diane Kenerson of Atlanta, Georgia, and Debra Kenerson of Nashville, Tennessee; six brothers, Elvin Kenerson of Winnsboro, Louisiana, Jerry Kenerson (Deloris) of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Emmit Kenerson of Chicago, Illinois, Murle Kenerson (Donna) of Nashville, Tennessee, Serial Kenerson (Vanetta) of Fort Worth, Texas, and Darnell Kenerson (Debra) of Houston, Texas; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. One sister and three brothers preceded her in death.

She had a strong passion for travel, visiting over forty countries and states on six continents.

The family will receive friends during a visitation on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Turrentine Jackson Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
