Delores Lee Locklin, age 88, of Frisco, Texas, passed away May 27, 2021. Delores was born October 9, 1932, in Thorndale, Texas, to Leonard and Beatrice (Schwarz) Kerlin. She attended Durham Business College. Many years ago, Delores worked in San Diego, California, at Ratner Manufacturing. She enjoyed working for boutique shops that were in walking distance of her home in North Dallas. Delores loved reading, working, and evening dinners with friends. She also enjoyed traveling to New England to visit family. Delores attended King of Glory Lutheran church.
She is survived by her sister, Merilyn Stevens of Westfield, Massachusetts; niece, Kimberly Sorel, also of Westfield; nephews, Andrew Tobias of Clifton Park, New York, David Kerlin and Kenneth Kerlin, both of Granger, Texas; and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her long-time companion, Jay Bernard Joseph “Bunny” and brother, Milton Kerlin.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in Massachusetts.
