David Danheiser of McKinney, Texas passed away on September 16, 2019 at the age of 74. He was born on September 25, 1944 to George Martin and Lorraine Evelyn (Steck) Danheiser in Buffalo, New York. David was a 1962 graduate of Kenmore East High School in Buffalo, New York. He married Ann Elizabeth Fiorella on June 6, 1970 in Buffalo, New York. David earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from University of Buffalo in 1975. He retired from Occidental Chemical after 25 years of employment. David enjoyed listening to the Beatles, collecting coins, and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a sports enthusiast and an avid reader of National Geographic and other historical books. He was of the Catholic faith and attended St. Gabriel Archangel Catholic Church in McKinney, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Ann Elizabeth of McKinney, Texas; his children, Julie Valenzuela and husband, Frank, Geoff Danheiser and wife, Stacey, and Gregg Danheiser and wife, Rachel; grandchildren, Frankie, Tyson, Kylie, Nicholas and Chloe; and numerous other loving family and friends.
David was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lorraine Danheiser and sister, Nancy Danheiser D'Angelo.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 23, 2019 at St. Gabriel The Archangel Church, 110 St. Gabriel Way in McKinney, Texas.
