David Bryan Pendley passed away on July 6, 2023, in Dallas, Texas at the age of 54. He was born to Larry and Sylvia (Simpson) Pendley on January 23, 1969 in Dallas, Texas.
David was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and graduated from Bryan Adams High School in 1987. Immediately after high school, David started waiting tables and later worked selling cars. With some experience, he started selling custom leather furniture and later managed several stores. He then transitioned into Commercial Real Estate, and decided to move into real estate franchise sales, before buying his own franchise rehabbing and flipping house.
David first saw his wife Lisa in 1993 at the gym and later met her while socializing with friends. They married in Dallas, Texas in 1998 and welcomed their son, Taylor into the world in 1999. Later in 2003, their son Chase joined the family. David and Lisa did everything together, truly best friends. He coached and supported Taylor and Chase throughout their baseball careers where they found passion for the game that led them to play in high school and now in college. David never missed an opportunity to watch his sons play. He loved watching and keeping up with all the professional Dallas sports teams including the Cowboys, Mavericks, and the Rangers. When able, David went golfing with his dad and loved playing Ping Pong with his sons, a game that he had mastered at church camps. He enjoyed watching American Idol and The Voice weekly, they rarely missed an episode. David never rested, always working to give his sons the greatest opportunities. He made the perfect role model for his boys to see how to be a father, a husband, a hard worker, and a friend.
