David Adam Crabb passed away at the age of 52, on September 22, 2026. He was born on November 11, 1973, in Cedartown, Georgia to Glenn and Katherine (Vance) Laney.
He is survived by his wife, Laura Crabb, his children, Zachary Laney, Hannah Laney, Jason Crabb, Taylor and Damian and Everette (grandson) Nettles, his mother…Katherine Laney and a host of friends and family. He is preceded in death by his Dad Glenn Laney, Sister Amie Vance, Uncle James Vance, and several Aunt’s/Uncle’s/Cousin’s.
David was a loving, caring husband, father, and son!!! Not only did he have a big heart, but he was very giving in nature. David was a gentle giant. He loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, and even sitting under a tree, in the dark, falling asleep. He was very talented and creative with his hands in woodworking, knife carving and drawing. He could make or build anything. He was a jack of many trades. He knew the names and artist/groups of every song. But of all things, he was most devoted to his friends and family, who he loved with all his heart. He is already deeply missed by everyone who loved him.
