Darrell Jerome Dorcey, age 52, of Plano, Texas, passed away November 26, 2009. Darrell was born December 13, 1956, in Germany to Carlyle and Roberta Dorcey. He married Paula Parmley on May 5, 2001, in Plano. Darrell was a machinist at Raytheon Company. He proudly served in the United States Marine Corp as a sharp shooter. He is survived by his wife, Paula Parmley and their children, Sam Parmley and Delaine Parmley; his adult children, Michael Dorcey and Alissa Dorcey; grandson, Aaron Dorcey; and granddaughter, Taylor Stanton. Darrell loved the marines, he loved his country, and above all he loved his family. Darrell's absence will be felt by all who knew him, from his wife and children, to his coworkers, to all the friends and neighbors who enjoyed Darrell's good humor, unparalleled mechanical ability, willingness to help in any situation where he was needed, and his hospitality in all those fabulous backyard parties.
