Daniel (Danny) Lunsford, age 25, of McKinney, Texas, passed away May 7, 2009 in McKinney. Danny was born December 21, 1983 in Atlanta, Georgia to David Forrest and Kim Ardala (Mitchell) Lunsford. He was employed with Albertson’s at Eldorado Parkway and Highway 75 in McKinney. Danny loved his daughter, Athena Marie. He enjoyed golfing and hunting. He is survived by his daughter, Athena Marie; mother of his daughter, Nicole MacCheyene of Allen, Texas; father, David Lunsford and his wife Gina of Anna, Texas; mother, Kim Lunsford of LaGrange, Georgia; brother, Joel Lunsford of Carrollton, Georgia; grandparents, Mary Lunsford of Decatur, Georgia, Carollyn Ekblaw and her husband, Walter, of Carrollton, Georgia, and Larry and Marty Mitchell of Bremen, Georgia; and numerous other loving relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, May 10, 2009, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas.
