Cynthia Kay Barnett, age 46, of Fort Worth, Texas, passed away February 14, 2015. She was born on June 24, 1968 in Garland, Texas, to Noel Wilson and Catherine (Arthur) Bowman. On November 25, 1988, Cynthia married Ron Barnett in Lewisville, Texas. She was a graduate of Garland High School and worked for Allstate Insurance most of her working career. Cynthia loved supporting her children’s sporting events. She also liked vacationing to the beach and attending music concerts.
She is survived by her husband, Ron Barnett of Fort Worth; children, Tyler and Brooke Barnett both of Fort Worth; brother, Noel Bowman, Jr. and wife Kathy of Oak Point, Texas; sister, Katrina Muncrief and husband Mike of Forney, Texas.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, February 20, 2015 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends during a visitation being held from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home.
