Corina Ojeda of Garland, Texas passed away March 6, 2019, at the age of 62. She was born September 3, 1956, to Ramiro Villanueva, Sr. and Eva (Fuentes) Villanueva in St. Paul, Texas. Corina worked as a teacher’s aide for Garland ISD for several years. She was of the Christian Faith.
She is survived by her son, Antonio Ojeda and wife, Dorinna of Garland, Texas; granddaughter, Nethalia Perez-Ojeda also of Garland; siblings, Connie Gonzales of McKinney, Texas, Amy Garcia of Allen, Texas, Ramiro Villanueva, Jr. of Seagoville, Texas, David Villanueva of McKinney, Delia “Dee” Lopez of Plano, Texas, Daniel Villanueva, of Whitewright, Texas, Diana Zapatero of McKinney, Sylvia Garza of Sinton, Texas and Linda Villanueva of St. Paul, Texas; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.
Corina was preceded in death by her son, Johnny V. Ojeda, parents and brothers, Eddie Villanueva and Jessie Villanueva.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 11, 2019 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment is to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Sunday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
