IN LOVING MEMORY

Claudia L. Reynolds

Feb 03 1960 - Oct 07 2020

Claudia L. Reynolds of Anna, Texas passed away on October 7, 2020 at the age of 60. Claudia was born on February 3, 1960 to Ralph and Helen Frederick in Woking, England. She was one of the first children to be adopted out of England after the war. She lived in Richardson, Texas growing up. She went to Berkner High School and went on to take some classes in Central Texas College.

She ended up dating her husband, Dale Reynolds in 1980. She decided to go out with him because he was unlike all the other men she had met and he was cute. She had to change--he was just a bit too cowboy. So, she was willing to take on that task and married him on October 10, 1981. It wasn't too long after that that she ended up having her only child Patrick and he was born on October 15, 1982. They never really left the area, staying in The Colony for many years before eventually building a home in Anna Texas. She greatly treasured being a mother and wife.

Claudia’s different careers, which she always excelled at, allowed her to meet and friend many wonderful people. And when your career involves the Hotel, Cellular Fraud, and telecom you end up with some interesting and funny stories which she was all too happy to share.

She loved to travel and she always traveled and always brought along her boy. She got to experience most of the Caribbean through three cruise trips. She even won a trip to Austria as a grand prize to a Sound of Music contest.

She loved the Christmas holiday season. You could get away with not doing any other holiday, but Christmas was “go big”. Because of that it would take a week or more to setup all the trees, items, and yard art that went with it. When it wasn’t Christmas she loved DIY projects. This allowed her creative side to be free, and made her happy to see her finished achievements.

Her smile and love will be greatly missed by all that had the chance to know her.

She is survived by her husband, Dale Reynolds; brother, David Frederick and her son, Patrick Reynolds.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Helen Frederick.

In support of our local, state, and federal govt including CDC directives and to protect the physical health, safety and well-being of our community, only a limited number of guests will be allowed to attend the Memorial Service.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 17, 2020 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas.
