Claud Wayne “CW” Alexander, age 78, of Frisco, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018. He was born October 10, 1939, in Collin County, Texas, to James Claude and Willie Ota (Press) Alexander. CW married Janet Lee Reppond on September 22, 1962, in Lewisville, Texas. He proudly served in the U.S Air Force and was an aircraft fueler in the aviation industry.
CW is survived by his wife, Janet Alexander; his son, Dwayne Alexander and his wife, Nicole, of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Kristina Ortega and her husband, Arthur, and Braydon Alexander; great-grandchild, Lilah Ortega; beloved companion, Sassy; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
CW is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Leigh Ann Alexander; his sisters, Juanita Reed and Ruth Chance; and his brother, Ovid Alexander.
The family will receive friends at a visitation at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 8520 Main Street, Frisco, Texas, on February 1, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The graveside service will be at Ridgeview Memorial Park, 2525 Central Expressway N., Allen, Texas, on Friday, February 2, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow.
