A Memorial Service for Cheryl Deanene Ellison Dockery, 49 year old Celeste resident, is scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday August 30, 2015 at the First Baptist Church of Celeste. Brother Charles Wrenn, Brother Shawn Stubblefield and Brother Jim Sherwin will officiate.

Cheryl was born March 28, 1966 at Dallas, Texas. Her parents were Doyal and Dean Nichols. She married Jay Mark Dockery March 18, 1995 at Trenton. She was a 1985 graduate of Celeste High School and a graduate of Cosmetology Career Institute of Greenville. She worked as a Nail Tech and was a member of the Trenton church of Christ. She passed away Thursday August 27, 2015 at the Baylor University Medical Center of Dallas.

Cheryl is survived by her husband, Mark Dockery, of Celeste; her son and daughter-in-law, John Wesley and Carrie Acker of Celeste; her grandchildren, Kira Marie Acker, Jaylee Ann Green and Connor Caleb Green, all of Celeste; her sister and brother-in-law, Katrina and Michael Mitchell of Celeste; her brother, Paul Hansley of Celeste; her sister, Jessica Rhoden of Celeste; her niece and nephew, Tiffannie Mitchell and Cody Mitchell of Celeste; her uncle, Edward Vaughan of Canton and her aunt and husband, Clarice and James Bowen of Greenville.

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents: Doyal and Dean Nichols; her uncle and aunt: Jesse and Donna Ellison; her niece, Amanda Nicole Mitchell; her granddaughter, Harper Nicole Acker and her aunt, Louise Vaughan.
