Cheryl Ann (Cooper) Franklin of Allen, Texas passed away on June 22, 2019 at the age of 50. She was born on August 20, 1968 to James B. and June J. (Jackson) Cooper in Sydney, Australia. Cheryl attended Tyler Junior College, and then continued her education at the University of North Texas and Collin County Nursing School. She was married for nine years to Robert, the love of her life.
Cheryl was a twenty-five year member of Hunter’s Glen Baptist Church. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution where she served as an officer. Cheryl loved animals and supported different animal organizations. She loved all kinds of crafts from table scaping, hat decorating, flower arranging; anything she could make beautiful.
Cheryl is survived by her mother, June J. Cooper of Allen, Texas; sister, Vivian C. Kaysen and husband, Scott of Jefferson City, Missouri; brother, Mark Cooper and wife, Maureen of Houston, Texas; nephews, Stephen Kaysen and Nicholas Cooper; and numerous other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, James Bob Cooper.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2019 at Hunter’s Glen Baptist Church, 4001 Custer Road, Plano, Texas 75023.
