Charlsie Littrell Corrion passed away peacefully in her home with her daughter, Cindy and granddaughter, Monica by her side on April 15, 2022 in McKinney, Texas at the age of 84. She was born to Royal and Geneva (Scalf) Price on August 10, 1937 in McKinney, Texas.
Charlsie attended McKinney High School where she was a majorette and played the clarinet. She married Bobby Eugene Littrell, the love of her life when she was 16 in 1953. Charlsie was a kind and loving mother who devoted her life to raising her children. Later in life, she worked as an insurance agent in the McKinney area. She helped raise a granddaughter and fostered for Life Path Systems. She loved to crochet, canning vegetables and jellies, sew, and watch the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys. Charlsie was a firm believer in Christ and raised her children and family in the church. She had attended Waddill Street Baptist Church over the last several years.
She is survived by her son, Dale Littrell and wife, Ruth of McKinney, Texas; daughter, Lisa Scott and husband, Mike of Tallahassee, Florida; daughter, Cindy Rogers and husband, Carl of McKinney, Texas; grandchildren, Tadd McClellan, Tim Littrell, Bobby Scott, Elizabeth Boyes, Monica Handy, Derrik Rogers, Cassy Shafer and Randa Dean; 15 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren; sisters, Sandi Shapiro, Carol Sue Hicks, and Wanda Huggins; brother, Lanney Price, and numerous other loving family and friends.
Charlsie was preceded in death by her husbands, Bobby Eugene Littrell and Bob Corrion; daughter, Susan Fox McLaughlin; sister, Ruby Mora; daughter in law Sharon Littrell; mother, Geneva Terrell, and father, Royal Price.
A funeral service will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location. The family will receive guests for a visitation from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at the funeral home.
