Charlsie Mae Bowling

Charlsie Mae Bowling, age 89, of Celina, Texas passed away on September 23, 2013 in McKinney. She was born January 7, 1924 in Collin County, Texas to Lige Benjamin Franklin and Rose Zenna Bennett. 

Charlsie is survived by her children, B. J. Stark  of Celina, Texas, Billy Wayne Pell and wife Cathy of Celina, Texas, Gary Gene Pell and wife Lavonne of Prosper, Texas; grandchildren, April Walton and husband Wes, Lori Pell, Heath Pell and wife Mindy, Krissy Clowe and husband Brian, Jason Vest; great-grandchildren, Charlie Walton, Travis Walton, Emma Rose Clowe and George Clowe; Sister-In-Law Jewel Franklin of Celina, Texas. 

Charlsie is preceded in death by her parents, Lige and Rose Franklin; husband, Otis L. Bowling; grandson, Jeff Merritt; twin brother, Charlie Franklin; sister, Adena Dwigans; brother, E. C. Franklin. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Bethel Baptist Church in Celina, Texas. Interment will follow at Cottage Hill Cemetery.  The family will receive friends during a visitation being held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday evening, at the funeral home in Celina.
