Chandrahasini Kanuparthi was a strong, light-hearted person who chose to see all things her children accomplished, no matter where they were. She had a unique ability to reach people in a deep and profound way.  Chandrahasini lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, nourishing people around her with love, support and comfort.  She cared deeply for her family, always being there to take away their burden and encouraging them with positive advice.

Chandrahasini was loved by everyone, and as her spirit ascends from our world, we know that she will ever be in our heart and home.

In the words of her grandson, Raghav:

A wife, mother and grandmother,

She held me through times I was scared,

She fed me hope, nurtured and cared.

At heart she was ever kind,

A person so rare to find.

Tiny toddler steps now have come miles,

If not for the courage she filled in me with the energetic smile.

For all that you gave the best,

It’s time now to sleep at peace and rest.

Your absence around might fade as time flies,

For all I know I have you shower blessings as I look into the night sky.

Love forever-n-ever…
