Chad Derrick Albers, age 38, of Frisco, Texas passed away on May 28, 2010. He was born May 16, 1972 in Mason City, Iowa to Connie Rae (Jass) and George Alan Albers. Chad married Patricia M. Garcia in Frisco, Texas on March 8, 2008. A native Iowan and Texas implant, Chad stayed a devout fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes and Minnesota Vikings. His sense of humor and contagious smile will be missed. Chad is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia M. Albers of Frisco, Texas; children, Connor Henry Albers and Ryanne Elizabeth Albers of Krum, Texas; father, George Albers of Sarasota, Florida; sister, Kimberly Riner and her husband, Richard of Statesboro, Georgia; nieces, Olivia Riner and Alannah Riner. Preceded in death by his mother Connie Jass Albers. Family and friends are invited to Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Frisco, TX for a visitation on Monday, May 31, 2010 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral services will be held in the Turrentine-Jackson- Morrow Chapel in Frisco,TX on Tuesday, June 1, 2010 at 2:00 PM. Additional Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM on Friday, May 4, 2010 at Cataldo Funeral Home in Garner, Iowa. A visitation will be held at Cataldo Funeral Home on Thursday, May 3, 2010 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Garner, Iowa. Interment will follow at Concord Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Chad Albers Trust Fund at Chase Bank located at Legacy & Coit.
