Celia Ramos Saenz of Nevada, Texas formerly of McKinney, Texas went to join her heavenly father and those who passed before her on December 22, 2020 at the age of 86.  She was born on January 11, 1934 to Ramon Ramos and Basilisa (Pelisto) Ramos in Loma Vista, Texas. In her 86 years of life, she has welcomed many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.  Celia was a mother to many families and helped raise many children other than her own.  She was a woman of modest means who loved taking care of her family, her extended families and anyone who she may have touched.  Celia loved to cook and was always taking food to neighbors and friends; walking her delicious food was part of her enjoyment.  She attended Iglesia Poder De Dios Vida Y Paz in McKinney, Texas.  Celia was devout Christian and upstanding person that touched many lives.

She had a heart as big as Texas and her loving kindness will be missed by all who knew her or had the pleasure of being with her for even the smallest amount of time.

Celia is survived by her daughters, Gloria Garner and husband, Larry of Nevada, Texas; Amanda Contreras and husband, Clemente of Ozona, Texas; Janie Martinez and husband, Luis of Blue Ridge, Texas, Isidra Samudio and husband, Eddie of Blue Ridge, Texas, and Elida Saenz Blanco of Richardson, Texas; son, Isabel Saenz and wife, Irma of Carrollton, Texas; daughter-in-law, Debbie Saenz of Pantego, Texas; 22 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Fidel Saenz and parents, Ramon and Basilisa Ramos; son, Robert Saenz; son-in-law, Santiago Blanco; and daughter, Dominga Saenz.
