Mrs. Catherine M. Santi, age 79, of Plano, Texas, passed away August 31, 2006, in Plano. She was born November 19, 1926, in New York, to Andrew and Mary (Ronish) Bowteck. She married John Santi. Mrs. Santi worked for the New York Post and was of the Catholic faith. She is survived by her stepdaughters, Margaret Peri and Theresa Santi; brother, Barney Bowteck; niece, Caroline May; nephew, Bill Bowteck; and grandchildren, Andrew Peri, Vito Peri, Jr., Rose McNatt, Margaret Sagiao, Ruth VanDewatering, and Richard Osorio. Her parents preceded her in death.
