Carol Jean Mills of Frisco, Texas passed away on March 3, 2021 at the age of 75. She was born February 15, 1946 to Ruben and Cora Maloney in McKinney, Texas. Carol graduated from Plano High School in 1964. She married Walter “Butch” Mills in 1967. Carol enjoyed trips and dinners with friends, crossword puzzles and TV crime dramas. She had a good sense of humor, loved to laugh and was a good friend to those who knew her. She was of Baptist faith.

Carol is survived by her children, Robert Mills of Frisco, Texas, Scott Wayne Mills and wife, Mary of Houston, Texas and Angie Wolfe of Dallas, Texas; nine grandchildren, Alexis Mills, Shelby Russo, Madyson Mills, Chance Wolfe, Kimberly Wolfe, James Mills, Lance Mills, Derrek Mills and Matthew Mills; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jesse Maloney and wife, Peggy, Kenneth Maloney and wife, Louise and Joe Maloney; sister, Mary Bertke; and numerous other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters, Mae Ann Newby, Wanda Walden and Geraldine Holland.

In support of our local, state, and federal govt including CDC directives and to protect the physical health, safety and well-being of our community, only a limited number of guests will be allowed to attend the Memorial Service.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. The service will also be live streamed at TJMfuneral.com on Carol’s obituary page by clicking on the following link: https://celebrationoflife.tv/blog/carol-jean-mills. After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location.

However, when the maximum number of guests are reached, those who would like to honor Carol and show their support to her family may remain at the funeral home in your vehicle, where you can watch the live streamed service on your personal device (laptop, tablet or smartphone).
