Caleb Simons, age 23, was born on October 12, 2002. He graduated from Paris High School in 2021.
Though his time of service was brief, Caleb was proud to be a soldier in the United States Army. He carried that pride with him and held a deep respect for serving his country.
Caleb loved spending time with his family and friends and will be remembered for the moments they shared together. He also loved soccer and played for many years, beginning in primary school. He was a cowboy at heart and loved spending time on the Wallace’s ranch, a place that meant so much to him that he chose to be baptized in the river there. Wrangler jeans, cowboy boots, and a big belt buckle were his simple style.
He is survived by his mother, Garnetta Deniene Simons; his father, Ademole Olatunji; his brother, Jacob Simons; his grandparents, Ernie Nellon Sr. and Carolyn Nellon; and a host of family members and loved ones.
A celebration of Caleb’s life will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Drive, Frisco, TX 75033. Viewing will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 10:00 a.m. A repast will follow the service. In honor of Caleb, guests are welcome to come dressed in western attire; jeans, cowboy boots, and all.
Caleb will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
