Bryan Scott Dillon of Allen, Texas passed away on April 2, 2023 at the age of 50 after a brave battle with cancer. He was born in 1972 to David and Lois (Bitterman) Dillon in Kingsville, Texas. Bryan graduated from Calallen High School in 1991 where he participated in marching band, jazz band and was a Texas state champion in debate. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in finance and the University of New Orleans with a master’s in business administration. Bryan was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity (Fiji) and the New Orleans Mardi Gras Krewe of Endymion. He was a Sr. Vice President with Bank of America for 17 years specializing in home mortgages. He was an avid New Orleans Saints fan and was SO excited to attend this year's Cotton Bowl where his alma mater, Tulane University, was victorious.
Bryan is survived by his wife, Patricia Dubea Dillon, and daughter, Emily Elizabeth Dillon, of Allen, Texas; mother, Lois Schultz of Fairview, Texas; stepmother, Janice Dillon of New Braunfels, Texas; stepsister, Kimberly Schultz; stepbrother, Ryan Schultz (Debbie); stepbrother, Rodney Schultz (Rebecca); and several nephews, nieces, and friends.
Bryan was preceded in death by his father, David Dillon, and his stepfather, David Schultz.
As a devoted, loving son, husband and father, his favorite pastime was supporting his daughter, Emily, in her educational endeavors. A remembrance gathering will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 2023 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas.
