Bridget Alice Dority was born on April 15, 2006 in Allen, Texas to Allen Wayne and Kristen Anne. In her short life, Bridget was active from the very beginning. As a little girl, she was constantly tumbling and perfecting her cartwheels and aerials. She loved tumbling and eventually joined a team at Alliance Cheer in Allen. Bridget adored her two dogs, Peetie and Polly, and finally got a cat, she named Willow, whom she loved.
Bridget loved rap music and was always in the know. She had a huge heart and loved spending time with family in Austin, Texas and taking trips with her siblings. Bridget recently started working at Cold Stone Creamery in Allen and loved bringing home ice-cream to her friends and Mom, as well as money she earned. Bridget recently enrolled at Evolution Academy in Richardson, Texas and in the three short weeks of her attendance, she completed all of her courses.
She is survived by her parents, her brother and sisters; Thomas Dority, Gemma Dority and Aryn Thompson, and paternal grandmother, Pauline Dority.
Bridget was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Julanne Coats and great grandmother, Clara Wilson (Memaw).
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas.
