Mr. Brian D. Fischer, age 45, of McKinney, Texas, passed away February 10, 2006, in McKinney. He was born May 13, 1960, in Dallas, Texas, to William O. and Peggy (Person) Fischer, Jr. He was a 1978 graduate of McKinney High School. Mr. Fischer was manager of the family owned Fischer Lube Center in McKinney for 21 years. He is survived by his father, William O. Fischer, Jr. and wife, Wanda of McKinney; sisters, Arlene Fowler and husband, Wilson E. Fowler, Jr. of Melissa, Texas, and Suzie Fischer of McKinney; niece, Jennifer Fowler Henderson and husband, Don of McKinney; nephews, Matthew Scott Fowler and wife, Erin of Round Rock, Texas; great-nieces, Paige Klatt, Hannah Fowler and Emma Henderson. His mother, Peggy Person Fischer and brother, William Donald Fischer preceded him in death. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, February 13, 2006, at the First Presbyterian Church in McKinney with Pastor John Blacklock officiating. A reception will follow the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Directors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Presbyterian Church Building Fund, 2000 W.
