Brian Duchuy Tran, age 37, of Frisco, Texas, passed away on Monday, March 2, 2020. He was born on April 13, 1982, in Wayne, Michigan to Loan (Vu) and Hop Tran. Brian earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and worked as an Executive Sales Representative at The Hartford Insurance. He married Quyen Diep in Garland, Texas, on October 3, 2015. Brian will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Brian is survived by his beloved wife, Quyen Thuy Diep; his parents, Hop and Loan Tran of Sachse, Texas; his brother, Michael Tran and his wife, Phuong, of Garland, Texas; his grandparents, Lien Ngoc Vu and Ruyen Trinh Vu, of Northville, Michigan; his father-in-law, Hoa The Diep of Canoga Park, California; his mother-in-law, Phuong Tran Diep of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his sister-in-law, Linh Diep of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his brother-in-law Toan Diep and his wife, Diana, of Las Vegas, Nevada; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Tran Ba and Nguyen Thi Mau.
The family invites friends to a visitation at Berkshire Chapel, 9073 Berkshire Dr., Frisco, Texas, on Thursday, March 12, 2020, from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 8000 Eldorado Pkwy., Frisco, Texas, at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020, officiated by Father Charles Ginthinji. Interment will follow at Ridgeview West Memorial Park, 7800 Sanctuary Drive, Frisco, Texas.
