She grew up in Lakeview and was a proud 1958 graduate of Lakeview High School, where she played on the girls’ basketball team. Pat continued her education at West Texas State University, in Canyon, Texas. She worked in logistics for over four decades at Central Freight Lines, where she was known for her diligence and dedication. In her free time, she found joy in gardening and traveling with her lifelong friends.
Bill and Pat's paths crossed in Dallas, Texas, where they fell in love and were united in marriage on January 31, 1970. Their 55 years together were marked by deep devotion, shared values, and cherished family moments. They were long-time, faithful members of Custer Road United Methodist Church in Plano, where they nurtured their faith and friendships.
Together, they raised two children and found their greatest joy in family life especially as grandparents.
