Billy Earl Coleman, age 94, of Farmersville, Texas, passed away on August 27, 2019 in Farmersville, Texas. He was born August 10, 1925 in Burrow, Texas to Heber H. and Rose Myers Coleman. He married Myra Nell Houser on April 23, 1945 in Greenville, Texas. He was an Aircraft Installer for E-Systems. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Farmersville, Texas. He served in the U. S. Navy in World War II.
Mr. Coleman is survived by son, David and wife Gayle Coleman of Farmersville, Texas, daughter, Deborah Southard of McKinney, Texas, grandchildren, Cindy Laisure and husband David, Christy Dale and husband Rodney, Kelly Cook and husband Randy, Holley Skelly and husband Tim, Kari Hargrave and husband Craig, 14 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, brother, Robert Coleman and wife Mary Lou, and sister, Bonnie Sue O’Dell.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Myra Nell Coleman in 2003.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Hurst’s Fielder Baker Funeral Home in Farmersville, Texas.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 30, 2019 at the First Baptist Church of Farmersville, Texas. Dr. Bart Barber will officiate. Interment will follow in I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Farmersville, Texas.
Pallbearers will be David Laisure, Randy Cook, Tim Skelly, Tyler Rice, Rodney Dale and Levi Dale.
