Billie Josephine Burgamy of Saginaw, Texas passed away on December 21, 2020 at the age of 70. She was born on September 26, 1950 to Charles Joseph and Donna (Palmer) Keffer in Rosebud, Texas. She spent her childhood in Sugarland and then lived at Boles Home in Quinlan, TX. Billie attended Lubbock Christian College as well as other community colleges. She worked for Collin County, Albany Airport Authority and BOCES NE as a purchasing agent and was a member of NIGP, a national purchasing association. She was happy to retire and move back to Texas where she attended the Hills Church of Christ.
Billie is survived by her daughter, Rachelle Thompson Beaty of Saginaw, Texas, and daughter by marriage Lisa Loucks of Mansfield, Texas; grandsons, Reggie Whitney of Princeton, Texas, William Thompson of Saginaw, Texas, Charles Thompson of Saginaw, Texas, and Kenneth Beaty of Saginaw, Texas; great grandchildren, Ryker, Rylan, and Lilly; and numerous other loving family and friends.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband, Kenneth Wayne Burgamy.
