Mrs. Billie Cyfers, age 71, of Allen, Texas passed away July 5, 2007 in Plano, Texas. She was born November 18, 1935, in Logan, West Virginia to Bernard and Willa (Stephens) Tinsley. Billie was of the Methodist faith and was a claims adjuster for Travelers Insurance where she retired in 1991. Billie is survived by her daughters, Jamie Trent of Allen, Texas and Dee Cyfers of Fairmont, West Virginia; sister, Lou Woellner of Toledo, Ohio; nieces, Kendal Gladish of Evanston, Illinois, Kelley Bowen of Columbus, Ohio and Sandy Nestor of Columbus, Ohio; nephews, Bernard and David Black of Logan, West Virginia and numerous other loving relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Willa Tinsley; sister, Betty Lee Black and a nephew, Steve Hegamaster. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, July 9, 2007, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel, Allen, Texas. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Highland Memory Gardens in Godby, West Virginia.
