Mrs. Beulah A. Thompson, age 97, of Richardson, Texas passed away September 26, 2004, in Richardson. She was born September 5, 1907, in McGregor, Texas to William and Sally Davis Shirley. During the late 40’s and earlier 50’s, Mrs. Thompson worked for Superior Insurance in Dallas, Texas. On February 22, 1950, she married Trygve Thompson in Dallas. Shortly after her marriage to Trygve, she became a homemaker. She was also a member of the First United Methodist Church in Richardson. She is survived by her husband, Trygve Thompson; nephews, Craig Allen of Orlando, Florida and Nils Allen of Las Cruces, New Mexico; nieces, Lovina McInroe of Richardson, Charlotte Almaguer of Dallas, and Kay Clifton of McKinney, Texas; brother, Scott Shirley of Starkville, Mississippi. She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 30, 2004, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
