Betty Lou Luther, age 80 of Celina, Texas was received into her eternal home with her Lord and Savior on August 6, 2007 in Frisco, Texas. She was born on January 7, 1927 in Dallas, Texas to Harry and Enola (Rundell) McKinley. She married Granville Luther on January 19, 1946 in Dallas, Texas. Betty Lou was a Homemaker, devoted mother, faithful Roman Catholic and a lay member of the Third Order of St. Francis. She is survived by her children, Rod Luther and wife, Mirella of Little Elm, Texas, Cindy Hayle of Irving, Texas, Susie Waddell and husband, Lee of Celina, Texas; grandchildren, Scotty Luther, Shawn Luther, Diana Hayle, Rusty Zercher, Jamie Hayle, Matt Hayle, Mackinlee Waddell, Nestor Estrada and Maria Estrada and three great-grandchildren. Betty Lou is preceded in death by her husband, Granville Luther; son, Rusty Luther and her parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at St. Francis Catholic Church in Frisco, Texas with Msgr. Robert Rehkemper and Father Timothy Heines presiding. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a Vigil and Rosary which will be held on Wednesday evening beginning at 6:30 PM.
