Paul and Donna, Please accept the condolences of the Arleigh Rogers family. Our fathers were intertwined most of their lives. I thought your mom was one of the most beautiful women I ever knew. And such a kind and gracious person, too. May God's comfort be with you in the faces of family and friends. Janice Adcock, June 3, 2015 Memories flood in at times like these and you realize that someone you used to interact with through children and school activities is gone. I too, like many others, always depended on Blackwell's to take care of any and all appliance repairs. I will always remember those days as special filled with special people like Betty and John. We were all blessed to have known them. Martha Woods, June 2, 2015 Paul and Donna- So sorry to hear about your mom. May God bless you during this time. God bless you both. Bill Stewart, May 23, 2015 Hugh and I send our deepest sympathy on your loss. I still think of Blackwell Appliance whenever anything needs repair at the house. They were very special. Carolyn McCarley, May 22, 2015 Betty and John worked hand and hand for many years. Blackwell Appliance Service was an institution in McKinney. For many years they provided repair service for the Clark's Western Auto Store. Not only good service but truly good friends. Robbie Clark, May 21, 2015 I remember Mrs Blackwell with fond memories. Many photos of the Blackwell family were made at my folks Lucas Studio. You all repaired every appliance we ever owned. My grandmother Lucas would say, "Call Mr. BLACKWELL!" Sending prayers and blessings to your families as you lay your mom to rest. God bless. She was a lovely, lively lady. Mary Virginia Holcomb Dickerson, May 20, 2015 My deepest sympathy. Vicki Risinger West, May 20, 2015 My condolences to the Blackwell family. Mrs. Blackwell was such a gracious hostess when I was growing up with Donna. Prayers sent.
