My husband and I wanted to express our condolences to the family and friends who lost their beloved Betty Lee. It is hard to express in words the pain experienced with such a loss. In 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 it tells us that God comforts us in all our tribulations, that we may be able to comfort others. What has helped us when we have lost ones dear to us, are the promises held out in such scriptures as John 5:28,29. Here we read Jesus words that "the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." He demonstrated his ability and desire to do this with the resurrection of his friend Lazarus in John 11:11-44. You can imagine the joy Lazarus' sisters felt. We know that there will be a time when we will not even have to think about death anymore because of the beautiful scriptures that we read in Revelation 21:3,4 and Isaiah 25:8. We sincerely hope that you find as much comfort from these verses as we have. Again, we are so sorry for your loss. With Sincere Sympathy, Mike and Becky Becky Lynn H, December 16, 2009
