Benito Benino Carrasco of McKinney, Texas passed away March 5, 2019 at the age of 46. He was born on July 24, 1972 to Benito Carrasco, Jr. and Maria Victoria Castaneda in Dallas, Texas. Benito grew up in McKinney, where he was a 1992 graduate of McKinney High School. He was a McKinney Police Explorer; later he worked at the Collin County Sheriff’s Department. Benito worked for various security companies and was a Captain for Heartland Security at the time of his passing. He most enjoyed grilling for his friends and family.
Benito is survived by his children, Caleb Carrasco and girlfriend, Sasha Varnado, Cody Carrasco and girlfriend, Shayna Young and Keyla Castro, all of McKinney, Texas and their mother, Wendi Rollins, of McKinney, Texas; grandson, Breckon Wiese; mother, Maria Victoria Castaneda of McKinney, Texas; siblings, Belen DeLeon and husband, Abel of Bells, Texas; Belinda Sutton and husband, Adam of Sherman, Texas, Fred Carrasco and wife, Janie of San Antonio, Texas, Robert Carrasco of Dallas, Texas, Pablo Carrasco and wife, Christy of Pottsboro, Texas, and Brandy Carrasco of McKinney, Texas; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Benito Carrasco, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, March 15, 2019 at First United Methodist Church, 315 N. Church St., McKinney, Texas 75069. The family will receive friends during a visitation Thursday evening from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. A rosary service is set to begin at 7:00 p.m.
