Mr. Ben Ed Gantt, age 77, of Princeton, Texas, passed away September 8, 2006, in Sherman, Texas. He was born to Walter B. and Allie (West) Gantt, in Princeton, on July 11, 1929. Mr. Gantt was an oil field worker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Princeton. Mr. Gantt is survived by his sister, Alice McMahan and husband, Jackie of Princeton, Texas; his nephews, Don McMahan and wife, Nancy, of Neushall, Iowa and David McMahan and wife, Margaret, of Princeton, Texas; and his niece, Penny Boles and husband, David, of Overland Park, Kansas. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, September 11, 2006, at Princeton, Cemetery, Princeton, Texas.
