Becky was a proud graduate of Duncanville High School, class of 1980. She began her higher education journey at Texas A&M University, where she studied for two years before returning home to marry her high school sweetheart, Brad Anthony Bell. Becky and Brad's love story began with their first date on December 8, 1977, and culminated in their wedding on May 28, 1983, in Richardson, Texas.

After their marriage, Becky continued her education at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned a degree in Marketing and Finance. Her passion for learning led her to pursue further studies, and in 1994, she obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Becky held a handful of positions early in her career where she was able to learn from others and make lifelong relationships. In particular, she joined Carter Financial Management in 1985 developing lifelong relationships with Bill Carter, Kathy Muldoon, and others. A CFP throughout her career, she held multiple executive positions with Transport Insurance, GE Finance, and other firms, ultimately returning to Carter financial as President in 2017.

Becky was a woman of many talents and interests. She found joy in making handmade cards, painting, hiking, and traveling. However, her greatest joy and fulfillment came from raising her children, to whom she devoted herself wholeheartedly.

Becky is remembered for her kindness, creativity, warm spirit, and unwavering dedication to her family. Her love for higher education and her many hobbies enriched the lives of those around her.

She will be deeply missed by her husband Brad, her family, and all the friends who had the pleasure of knowing her. Becky's legacy of love and learning will continue to inspire all who knew her. May her memory be a blessing to all who were touched by her remarkable life.
