Mrs. Beatrice Russell, age 92, of McKinney, Texas, passed away August 26, 2005, in McKinney. She was born May 21, 1913, in Collin County, Texas, to John H. and Sarah Elizabeth (Clark) Darland. She married Elbert Haskell Russell in 1929 in McKinney. Mrs. Russell was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by her daughters, Margaret L. Gray of Galveston, Texas, and Luann L. Lobban and husband, Gordon of Allen, Texas; son, Rick L. Russell and wife, Janice of Parker, Texas; six grandsons; seven great grandchildren; and sister, Udell Roach of Houston, Texas. Her husband preceded her in death in 1990 and sisters, Elizabeth Farr and Fay Williams. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Sunday, August 28, 2005, in the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel with Rev. Ricky Hargrave and Don Bourland officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M., Saturday, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
