Mrs. Barshia Love Aycock, age 50, of McKinney, Texas passed away January 4, 2007, at her home. She was born January 9, 1956, in McKinney, Texas, to Ray and Judy (Humphries) Love. On July 26, 1974 she married R. E. “Butch” Aycock, Jr., in McKinney, Texas. Mrs. Aycock was a loving wife, mother and a member of the First Baptist Church of McKinney. She is survived by her husband of thirty-two years, R.E. “Butch”; daughters Wendy Howard and her husband Kyle of McKinney, Heather Strait and her husband Yancey of Dallas, and Lauren James and her husband Luke of Pilot Point; father Ray Love of McKinney; mother Judy Love of McKinney; brother Allen Love and his wife Robin of Blue Ridge; sister Tonya Craft and her husband Danny of McKinney; and nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the First Baptist Church of McKinney with Dr. Jeff Warren officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. Family and friends are invited to the funeral home at their convenience on Friday to pay their respects and to sign the register book. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Friday evening beginning at 6:00 PM at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
