Barbara Baysinger, age 72, of Allen, Texas, passed away on June 23, 2010, at her home with her family. Barbara was born February 9, 1938, in Sanborn, Iowa, to Rients and Lorian Terpstra. She married Ronald Baysinger on June 14, 1958 and they were blessed with two incredible sons and a spectacular daughter. The family lived in Hartley where they started their own electrical business. They moved to Plano, Texas in 1985, where they started another electrical business. Barbara enjoyed spending time with her five grandchildren. She especially loved attending ball games, concerts, and events in which they were involved. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald on July 23, 1991, and her parents. She is survived by her children, Randall Baysinger and wife, Tammy, Mark Baysinger and wife, Donna, and Tricia Crawford and husband, Deuce, all of Allen, Texas; five grandchildren, Brandon, Dustin, Colton, and Caleb Baysinger, and Madison Crawford; brothers, Richard Terpstra of Spencer, Iowa and Dennis Terpstra of Lincoln, California. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, June 26, 2010, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel in Allen, Texas with Rev. Jeffrey Leynor officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen. The family will receive friends during a visitation from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
