Antonina (Bazzano) Pantano of McKinney, Texas passed away on December 25, 2020 at the age of 84. She was born on November 1, 1936 to Salvatore Bazzano and Salvatrice (LoGiudice) Bazzano in Floridia, Sicily in Italy. Antonina was married to Salvatore Pantano in Sicily, Italy prior to coming to the United States, where they settled in Hartford, Connecticut before moving to Texas in 2003.   She retired from Connecticut Spring and Stamping Corporation.  “Ninetta” as she was lovingly called by her family and friends loved to sew and knit, but her true passion was cooking and spending time taking care of her family. She attended St. Jude Catholic Church in Allen, Texas.

Antonina is survived by her children, Lucia Pantano Ferguson and husband, Michael of McKinney, Texas, Josephine Pantano Albanese and husband, Joseph of McKinney and Emanuel Pantano and wife, Kim of Vernon, Connecticut; grandchildren, Jennifer Albanese, Michael Albanese and wife, Amanda, Anthony Albanese, Chelsey Pantano and Christopher Pantano; great-grandchildren, Dominic Cuyle, Joseph Cuyle and Lilly Albanese.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Salvatore and Salvatrice Bazzano and her husband, Salvatore Pantano.

A “come and go” visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home with a rosary starting at 6:00 p.m that will be live streamed at TJMfuneral.com on Antonina’s obituary page by clicking on the following link: https://celebrationoflife.tv/blog/antonina-pantano. Only a limited number of guests will be allowed to enter the funeral home facility at any one time to maintain social distancing.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., December 31, 2020 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas. After the service, the recorded live stream will be available for viewing at the same link location.

In support of our local, state, and federal govt including CDC directives and to protect the physical health, safety and well-being of our community, only a limited number of guests will be allowed to attend the Funeral Service.

However, when the maximum number of guests are reached, those who would like to honor Antonina and show their support to her family may remain at the funeral home in your vehicle, where you can watch the live streamed service on your personal device (laptop, tablet or smartphone) or listen through a designated FM radio channel.

Following the funeral service, a procession will make its way to Ridgeview Memorial Park Mausoleum for an entombment where all are invited to attend the committal service maintaining social distancing or you may remain in your vehicle.
