Ann Mullaney

Ann Mullaney, age 83, of Celina, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020, in Plano, Texas.  She was born on June 8, 1937, in Ft. Worth, Texas, to Fredelle (Bales) and Walter Lasiter.  Ann obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts and Music Performance from Kingsville A&I.  She married the love of her life, Charles Francis Mullaney, in Corpus Christi, Texas, on March 23, 1957, and they were blessed with three children.  She was a dedicated Navy wife who, during Vietnam, held the family together and excelled at making a home whether the family was moved to California, Arkansas or Texas.  When her kids were grown, Ann enjoyed working in many different areas such as Estate sales, Computer Applications and Antique stores.  Ann utilized her many talents as a wonderful wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother.  She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.

Ann is survived by her beloved husband, Charles Mullaney; her daughter, Cindy Pendergrast, and her husband, Clay, of Los Angeles, California; her son, Daniel Mullaney, and his wife, Michelle, of Plano, Texas; her daughter-in-law, Sharon Mullaney, of El Reno, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Walter Mullaney, Jaclyn (Aaron) Mullaney-Sharp, DeAnna (Alex) Weaver, R.J. Mullaney, Annie Pendergrast, and Nicole Mullaney; as well as numerous great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fredelle and Walter Lasiter, and her son, Walter Rick Mullaney.

A memorial service will be held at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home, 109 S. Oklahoma, Celina, Texas 75009, on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., officiated by Pastor Cheryl Jones. Floral tributes may be delivered to the funeral home.
