Ann Marie (Rupe) Coryell of McKinney, Texas passed away on December 27, 2018 at the age of 59. She was born on February 13, 1959 to Ted and Amy Rupe in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Ann graduated from The University of Oklahoma. She married Shawn Coryell on June 22, 1991. Ann loved decorating, planning parties, and keeping up with friends. She worked for many years at Centennial High School and the last year at Memorial High School in Frisco as a Special Education Teacher.
Ann is survived by her loving husband of 27 years, Shawn Coryell of McKinney, Texas; daughters, Caitlin Coryell also of McKinney and Molly Coryell of Carrollton, Texas; brothers, Kevin Rupe and wife, Susan of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Brian Rupe; sister, Dian Rupe McLinn and husband, Jeff also of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and numerous other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Ted and Amy Rupe.
A rosary and wake will be held at 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 4, 2019, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Richardson.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019 at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Richardson. A reception will follow the service.
