IN LOVING MEMORY

Angela Marie Sartor

Oct 01 1931 - Dec 23 2024

Angela Marie (Miller) Sartor, a resident of Plano, Texas, passed away December 23, 2024, at the age of 93. She was born on October 1, 1931, to Alphonse Adolph Miller and Theresa Evangeline (Hoeffel) Miller in Toledo, Ohio. Angela grew up in Toledo and graduated from St. Ursula Academy. She continued her post-secondary studies majoring in Home Economics Education, and earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo in 1953. Following college, Angela worked briefly as a teacher. While at UT, Angela met the love of her life, Frank Hope Sartor. They celebrated their love and commitment to each other on their wedding day, July 10, 1954, in Toledo, Ohio. She became a full-time wife, mother, and homemaker who loved to cook, bake, sew, and lovingly care for her family. Over the years, Frank and Angela made countless happy memories while raising their five children. Their home was always full of laughter and love. They created a warm and welcoming place for their children to grow. Through all the good times and challenges, they taught their family the value of love, family, togetherness, and resilience.

Angela was an expert seamstress, known for her skillful hands that could create anything beautiful! She also had a passion for playing bridge, often gathering with friends for friendly, yet competitive, games. For many years, she volunteered at the Assistance Center of Collin County, where her kind heart and dedication made a difference in the lives of many. But what she loved most of all was traveling in their RV. Frank and Angela had so many fun road trips, exploring new places, experiencing new cultures, and enjoying the freedom of life on the open road. Their RV adventures brought them closer, creating even more cherished memories along the way.

Angela is survived by her beloved husband of seventy years, Frank Hope Sartor, of Plano, Texas; sister, Dolores Miller Saner, of Tumwater, Washington; sister-in-law, Juliana Sartor Morin; children, Kathleen Dolores Langlois (Ronald), of Carriere, Mississippi, Raymond Francis Sartor (JoAnn), of Los Alamos, New Mexico, Angela Marie McCaffrey, of McKinney, Texas, Lloyd Joseph Sartor (Kristin), of Plano, Texas, and Marion Louise Sartor, also of Plano, Texas; grandchildren, Kristina Langlois Samuels (Matthew), Jeremy Langlois (Carmen), Angela McCaffrey Davis (Mike), Catherine Langlois Jason (John), Stephen McCaffrey (Rebecca), Brandon Langlois (Kristi), Courtney Sartor Gesualdi (Nicholas), Luciano Alleruzzo (Lindsey), Sean McCaffrey, Aaron Sartor, Kevin McCaffrey, Connor McCaffrey, Linda Sartor, Chelsea Sartor Eisen (Scott), Rosemary Sartor, Randall Sartor, and Garrett McCaffrey; twenty four great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews who adore her; and a host of extended loving family and friends, who will dearly miss her and truly cherish her memory.
