Angela (Angie) Belote of Lucas, Texas, lost her short but difficult fight with cancer on November 29, 2022, surrounded by her loving family. Angie was born November 18, 1979 in Cleburne, Texas, and graduated from Cleburne High School in 1998. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. At her death, Angela was an active CPA and had a distinguished career during her short life. Her career started at Deloitte and included positions at Mary Kay, Water Logic, and Worldwide Express where she retired as Director of Accounting.
Angie is survived by the love of her life, Mark Belote; sons, Landon and Bryce; parents, James Tinsley and Sue Lenderman; sister, DeeDee Tinsley; in-laws, Pat and Franklin Belote, David and Laurie Belote, and Leanne Allen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as aunts, uncles and cousins who loved her dearly.
Angie donated her body to cancer research in hopes of helping others. A memorial service and reception will be held at 4:00 p.m, Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Chapel, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
