Mr. Andres Gomez Casso, age 67, of McKinney, Texas passed away at his home on March 28, 2008. He was born March 9, 1941, in Roma, Texas to Francisco and Maria (Gomez) Casso. He married Nydia Elvira Cantu April 1975, in Oklahoma. Mr. Casso was a retired park maintenance worker for Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home and a member of the St. Michael Catholic Church in McKinney. He is survived by his children, Andrea Casso and her husband, Jaime, Andrew Casso and wife, Amanda, Adam Casso and wife, Katy and David Hernandez and wife, LeAnn all of McKinney; mother, Maria Gomez; 2 brothers and 5 sisters; 12 grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nydia Casso; and father, Francisco Casso. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 1, 2008, St. Michael Catholic Church with Father Steven Bierschenk officiating. Interment will follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for a visitation beginning at 6:00 p.m., Monday with a rosary at 7:00 p.m., at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home.
